Jenni WebsiteJennilyn Hitesman M.Ed., BCBA

Jennilyn is a co-owner of iBehave Therapy Group, has a Masters Degree in Education, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and holds a Level II teaching certificate in Early Childhood Special Education. She has 20 years experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum. She entered this field when her son was diagnosed, 20 years ago and has worked and advocated for children with disabilities since. Jennilyn has also worked the past 5 years with adults who have a variety of disabilities and consults with Special Education Departments for both public and charter schools.

CarleyWebsiteCarley Fotu M.Ed., BCBA

Carley, co-owner of iBehave Therapy Group, has her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and currently holds a Level II teaching certificate (1-8). She specializes in curriculum writing and instruction with her primary focus being children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Carley has provided ABA services for the past 10 years.

Carley supervises and supports Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties.

nicolewebsiteNicole Nordello, M.Ed., BCBA

Nicole, co-owner of iBehave Therapy Group has been working with individuals with disabilities for 10 years. She has provided direct ABA care to children between the ages of 2 and 13 for the past 7 years. She earned her Masters in Special Education at the University of Utah and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Nicole specializes in working with children with severe Autism and high energy levels.

Nicole provides direct care and consulting services primarily to families in Weber and Davis County.

Cami Anderson, M.Ed., BCBA

Cami has more than 10 years of experience in ABA including classroom, home, and clinical settings.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Special Education for Students with Severe and Profound Disabilities at the University of Utah and her Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University.  She provides services for children and teens, specializing in augmentative communication, challenging behaviors and restrictive eating habits.

She provides direct care services and supervision primarily in Davis and Weber Counties.

Paola Tobar-Nunez, M.Ed., BCBA

Paola was born and raised in Chile. She lived in several countries throughout South America and moved to Utah in 2002, where she raised her family. Paola has been providing behavioral therapy services for children ages 2-13 since 2014. Initially, Paola provided private ABA services to families. She found a passion for helping others thrive. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Weber State University, Paola went on to earn her master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in ABA. She became a BCBA in 2019. She has worked in a variety of settings ranging from in-clinic, in-home, and school. Paola’s experiences include severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills; she has also provided functional communication training for non-verbal individuals. Paola specializes in severe autism cases. She is bilingual (Spanish and English). She hopes to help clients develop meaningful behavioral changes that are functional and serve to improve their quality of life.
